Wedding Day Rates

  • Monday-Thursday $5,500

  • Friday- $7,500

  • Saturday- $10,000

  • Sunday- $7,500

You get 14 hours of access on the entire property.

  • Stables access for grooms and groomsmen, featuring a suite with yard games, tv, bar, shower; multiple restrooms and ice maker.

  • Climate controlled Venue access includes the multi-story bridal suite, with shower, hair and makeup stations, flex room; dining table, plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

  • 30 round tables

  • 10 six foot rectangular tables

  • 6 eight foot farmhouse tables

  • 20 cocktail tables

  • 300 upholstered chairs

  • 300 x-back chairs

  • Lighted bar

  • Outdoor gazebo and other locations for a ceremony option

  • Large catering kitchen

  • Secondary kitchen space if needed

  • On site venue representative for questions

  • Sonos speaker system

What’s Included

  • ADA compliant restrooms

  • Covered alcove for vendor unloading

  • Placing of tables and chairs by the venue

  • 30 day meeting prior to wedding day

  • One hour for rehearsal prior to wedding

  • Two hours for bridal or engagement photoshoot (may not be used to substitute additional hours for wedding day or rehearsal dinner)

  • Golf carts for transporting guests from parking lot to ceremony and back.

  • Full wedding planning

  • Month of coordination

  • Full cleanup, where you remove your belongings only and are free to go at the end of the night.

  • Security (required if Alcohol will be present)

  • Hours may be added on for rehearsal dinner to be on site

  • Weekend bookings available

Elopement Package

  • Monday–Thursday 

  • 4-hour rental

  • Use of The Stables or outdoor ceremony space

  • Access to groom’s quarters and a smaller bridal suite
